Hearing to review the proposed extension of most-favored-nation (MFN)
treatment for products imported from the People's Republic of China (PRC),
in light of concerns about PRC human rights practices and foreign policy
actions.

Res. 174 (text, p. 86-89), to express the sense of Congress that PRC foreign
policy actions, including missile and nuclear technology sales to developing
