Transmittal of Presidential determination, dated Sept. 11, 1992, to waive
prohibitions on the export of U.S.-origin satellites or U.S. Munitions List
items to the People's Republic of China (PRC), in order to approve export
license applications for U.S.-manufactured satellites and satellite
components for use in Asiasat 2, Intelsat VIIA, STARSAT, AfriSat, Dong Fang
Hong 3, and Asia-Pacific Satellite projects.
Satellites are scheduled to be launched by PRC rockets.
