 International Affairs to examine implementation of the Compact of Free
 Association Act of 1985 and the Compact of Free Association between the U.S.
 and the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), and between the U.S. and the
 Republic of the Marshall Islands, providing for termination of the TTPI
 trusteeship arrangement and establishing a new political relationship with
 the U.S.
   Includes review of the status of Compact Section 177 nuclear claims
 payment program under which the U.S. agreed to provide the Marshall Islands
 with a grant to compensate victims of radioactive fallout from nuclear
 weapons testing.
