 Report on Jan. 13-21, 1986 congressional study mission to Southeast Asia to
 examine the issue of American prisoners of war (POWs) and missing in action
 (MIA), and efforts of Vietnam and Laos to obtain an accounting.
   Also reviews briefings in Honolulu, Hawaii, to examine status of Joint
 Casualty Resolution Center investigations of unaccounted for American
 servicemen, and operations at the Army Dept Central Identification
 Laboratory, Hawaiian Islands.
