Report, prepared by Hugh Patrick and John Drysdale (CRS), examines need for
and feasibility of establishing the Organization for Pacific Trade and
Development (OPTAD), a proposed regional economic association comprised of
the U.S., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, nine East Asian countries, and
certain Southwest Pacific islands.
Appendix (p. 29-74) includes:
