 Staff report on an Aug. 1977 study mission to Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, and
 Singapore, to assess the status of humanitarian and refugee problems in
 Indochina. Examines: current conditions in Vietnam and Laos; Thai refugee

 immigration to and impact on Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries.
