 Request for congressional approval of an international fishery agreement
 between the U.S. and the Republic of Korea, signed Jan. 4, 1977, to govern
 fisheries off the U.S. coast. Agreement (text, p. 1-10) was negotiated in
 accordance with provisions of the Fishery Conservation and Management Act of
 1976, and includes application and permit procedures, and data collection
 and reporting requirements for Korean vessels fishing in zones over which
 U.S. exercises fishery management authority.
