Subcom on Refugees and Escapees staff report on war-related humanitarian
problems in Southeast Asia. Contains summaries of U.S. and international
agency programs to aid war victims and refugees in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia,
and Thailand, and to resettle Indochina refugees in the U.S. Includes
recommendations on U.S. policies toward normalization of relations with
Vietnam, and humanitarian aid for Indochina war refugees.
