 Third report by Sen. Mike Mansfield (D-Mont) on his visit in late 1976 to
 Southeast Asian nations undergoing political changes of major importance to
 U.S. foreign policy. Contains his observations of political situations in
 the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Papua, New Guinea, and
 recommendations for U.S. policies.
