 Hearings before the Subcom on International Organizations to review
 evidence of continuing violations of human rights by the governments of
 Indonesia and the Philippines in view of the Title III of the Foreign
 Assistance Act (text, p. 99-101), recommending that the President
 substantially reduce or terminate security assistance to any country which
 engages in a consistent pattern of gross violations of human rights.
   Questions executive branch examination of Indonesian rights prior to the
 recommendation of a FY76 increase in Indonesian foreign military sales.
   Appendices (p. 99-119) contain submitted correspondence, and:
 a. State Dept rpts to Congress on the human rights situation in countries
     receiving U.S. security assistance (p. 108-115).
