Continuation of hearings before the Special Subcom on Investigations on
military and political situation in South Vietnam and Cambodia. This volume
examines the Apr. 1975 evacuation from Saigon of U.S. personnel and South
Vietnamese nationals in light of the impending Communist takeover.
Appendices (p. 615-620) contain biography of Ambassador Martin and a
report on the U.S. evacuation of South Vietnam by Norman Y. Mineta (Rep,
