 Continuation of hearings before the Subcom on Problems of Refugees and
 Escapees on the problems of war victims in Indochina. This volume focuses on
 the refugee problem in South Vietnam, social conditions, and U.S. aid
 programs.

 to Health and Social Welfare Needs in South Vietnam and Laos" (p. 59-65),
 submitted statements, correspondence and articles on citizen, refugee, and
 political prisoner conditions in Vietnam.
