 Continuation of hearings before the Subcom on Refugees and Escapees on the
 U.S. response to problems of refugees in Indochina. This volume focuses on
 the extent of and efforts to minimize civilian damage and casualties
 resulting from U.S. attacks over North Vietnam.
   Hearings were held in open session (p. 1-37) and in executive session (p.
 39-51).
 Appendices (p. 53-107) include:
