 Recommends passage with amendments of H.R. 6628, the Micronesian Claims Act
 of 1971, to enlarge the class of persons eligible for benefits under the
 claims program to include U.S. citizens in the TTPI, and to provide for
 flexibility in the time period during which payments may be made.
   H.R. 6628 is a clean version of H.R. 2008.
