 Hearing before the Subcom on International Organizations and Movements to
 consider H.R. 2008 (text, p. 1, dept rpt, p. 4-5), to amend the Micronesian
 Claims Act of 1971, to enlarge the class of persons eligible to file claims
 for World War II damages to include Micronesians, or their heirs, who are
 now U.S. citizens.
