 Continuation of hearings to determine whether Members of the Senate or
 their immediate families or associates were involved in an influence-buying
 scheme carried out by agents of South Korea in the early 1970s.
   This volume examines allegations that Korean businessman Tongsun Park
 made cash payments to Congressmen in return for personal and South Korea
 favorable treatment, and focuses on an Oct. 8, 1974 meeting involving Sen.
 Birch Bayh (D-Ind), his staff aid Jason S. Berman, D.C. attorney Edward L.
 Merrigan, and Park during which senatorial campaign contributions were
 allegedly received by Bayh.
   Hearings were held in executive session. Classified material has been
 deleted.
