This volume examines allegations that Korean businessman Tongsun Park made cash payments to Congressmen in return for personal and South Korea favorable treatment, and focuses on an Oct. 8, 1974 meeting involving Sen. Birch Bayh (D-Ind), his staff aid Jason S. Berman, D.C. attorney Edward L. Merrigan, and Park during which senatorial campaign contributions were allegedly received by Bayh.
